Celeste is an award-winning actress and filmmaker based between Los Angeles, USA, and Alberta, Canada, with a creative lens focused on the sweeping narratives of action-adventure and period-piece feature films.

A multifaceted storyteller, Celeste is recognized for her ability to command both sides of the camera, a skill best exemplified by her breakout short film, New Nina. For her performance in the title role—which she also wrote, directed, and produced—she took home “Best Short Form Performance” at the Calgary Stinger Awards and earned a prestigious nomination for “Best Female Performance” at the 50th Annual Rosie Awards.
 

Backed by three production grants, Celeste’s work has reached international audiences, premiering at the LA Shorts International Film Festival and screening across Albertan theaters.

Beyond her creative output, she is a dedicated advocate for the Canadian film community. Celeste serves on the Board of the Alberta Media Production Industries Association (AMPIA), co-chairs the Professional Development committee and the Rosie Awards, and holds memberships with ACTRA, Directors Guild of Canada and the Canadian Media Producers Association.
